Rechup currently supports Mobile Prepaid Recharges and Gift Cards/Brand Vouchers as active and functional services. All other services displayed, including mobile postpaid recharges and utility bill payments (Electricity, DTH, Gas, Water, Broadband, Landline), are dummy features designed for illustration and testing. These features are inactive, and no actual payments or services are processed through them. They will be enabled in a future release.

To use the app, users must register using a valid mobile number, select their registered home state of residence, and complete their account profile. The selection of your state is mandatory to identify the legal Place of Supply (POS) for GST invoicing. To safeguard your account against remote hijacking and session cloning, Rechup requires physical Device-SIM binding. Your login session is linked to the physical SIM card inside your device. If the SIM is removed or modified, session verification is required again to protect your wallet data.

Rechup provides a closed-loop wallet system. Please note that manual wallet loading or top-ups by users are completely disabled. The wallet is solely used to store, hold, and accumulate promotional cashbacks, referral rewards, or transaction refunds. Wallet balances can only be used to pay for active mobile recharge services inside the app. Withdrawals, cash-outs, or transfers from the wallet to external bank accounts or other users are strictly not permitted under any circumstances. In the future, we may offer full-fledged open-loop wallet services and manual reload facilities by partnering with authorized PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument) holders, subject to necessary licensing and updates.

You agree to complete the voluntary KYC process as required to use higher tier services. This includes uploading Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a live selfie. Submitting false, forged, or misleading documents will result in suspension or termination of your account. By registering and using Rechup, you explicitly consent to the following security and feature permissions: (1) SIM-Binding Security: verifying active phone state and phone numbers to bind your account session to your physical SIM; (2) Contacts Permission: picking numbers from your address book locally if granted; (3) Camera & Document Upload: capturing selfies, selecting files, or uploading documents strictly for KYC and support purposes; (4) Biometric Authentication: local on-device verification to lock and secure your wallet transactions.

All recharge transactions are processed through trusted third-party telecom APIs. While we strive to ensure successful recharges, Rechup is not liable for failures caused by external API timeouts, carrier delays, or server disruptions.

You may refer contacts using your unique referral code. Rewards will only be granted for valid referrals that meet the criteria set by Rechup. Abuse of the referral program will lead to disqualification and possible account ban.

Users must not misuse the app, attempt fraud, or reverse-engineer our services. Any such activity will lead to immediate termination of access and may be reported to authorities.

All content, branding, code, and features in the app belong to Rechup and Bhaaratbyte and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of rule violations, fraud, or failure to complete KYC.

Rechup is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to API errors or service disruptions from third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of any changes.
