All refund requests are thoroughly verified before processing. We examine transaction logs, communicate with third-party providers, and ensure no fraud or misuse has occurred. This process typically takes anywhere between 5 minutes to 7 business days.

For high-value transactions or cases requiring escalations, the refund process may take up to 90 days. This includes additional security checks and coordination with upstream partners or banks.

All approved refunds for failed transactions will be credited directly back to the user's Rechup wallet. These wallet funds will be stored securely and will be automatically applied and used for your next recharge, brand voucher purchase, or subsequent transactions. Note that these wallet credits are non-withdrawable to bank accounts and non-transferable, creating a secure, closed-loop system for smooth transaction retries.
