Your wallet balance can only be used to pay for services (mobile prepaid recharges, DTH, and future BBPS utility bills) within the app. You can top up your wallet via UPI or payment gateways inside the app, but bank withdrawals or transfers to external accounts are not permitted.

BBPS (Bharat BillPay) utility bill payment services will be launched in the future. You will be able to pay all electricity, water, piped gas, broadband, and municipal bills directly from your Rechup Pay wallet once live.

To prevent hackers from cloning your session or hijacking your wallet from a remote device, Rechup Pay links your active login session directly to the physical SIM card inside your mobile device. If the SIM is removed or modified, session verification will be required to access your wallet.

Yes, but with strict safety limits. If our system detects root access, system modifications, or hacking tools, your account is subject to a maximum of 1 successful recharge per month. This protects your funds from vulnerability exploits on modified operating systems.

To comply with regulatory anti-money laundering (AML) standards, you need to upload a valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a live selfie. Verification is completed securely using industry-standard encryption, and your documents are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

You can refer friends and family using your unique referral code. When a referred user signs up and completes their first transaction, both you and the referred user receive commissions/rewards credited directly to your wallet.

For failed recharge transactions, the amount is refunded back to your closed-loop Rechup Pay wallet. These funds are stored securely and will be automatically applied to your next recharge attempt. Refund verification takes between 5 minutes to 7 business days.
